City of StarLight (the "App") is developed and provided by us (the "Developer"). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- No account required. The App does not require registration and does not collect your name, phone number, email address, or other personally identifying information.
- Locally stored game data. Game progress and high scores are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to the Developer's servers. They are deleted when you uninstall the App.
- Advertising data. The App displays third-party ads. The ad SDK may collect information such as device identifiers (e.g., IDFA), device model, OS version, IP address, and usage events for ad delivery, frequency capping, and measurement.
2. Third-Party Services (Advertising)
The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google acts as an independent data controller and processes data under its own privacy policy:

On first launch, the App asks for tracking permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not affect gameplay; it only reduces ad personalization.
3. Permissions
The App does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location, or photo library, and does not upload any such data.
4. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14, nor serve behavioral advertising to children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe such data has been collected, please contact us and we will promptly address it.
5. Data Retention & Security
- Local game data resides only on your device and is removed when the App is uninstalled.
- Advertising data is retained and processed by Google under its policies; the Developer does not have direct access to or control over it.
- The Developer does not sell any of your information.
6. Your Rights
- Limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier in iOS Settings;
- Uninstall the App to delete local game data;
- Contact us with any questions, complaints, or deletion requests regarding the data described in this policy.

Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Please review this page periodically.
